This was our favourite room of our trip. We booked a room with 2 singles and it was the largest room we had during our whole stay! My partner and I were a little concerned about possible noise as our room was right outside the elevator, however rooms were very well soundproofed. The bathroom was also great, the toliet was separate from the shower. The hotel included free breakfast and happy hour which was a nice treat.

It’s my second time here, so most of my previous comments apply - the hotel is fairly well-located and is between two different stations on the Airport Line, the room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff was also really helpful with the check-in process, and when they noticed I failed to pick up my breakfast for the day (because I forgot that I actually ordered breakfast), they called my room to offer to bring the meal to me.

The robot check-in was a fun and unique experience. The location was great - close to all the action but still quiet at night. Plus, the complimentary breakfast and evening snacks were a delightful surprise! I highly recommend Henn na Hotel for a fun and affordable stay in Fukuoka.

It was close to the street stalls that setup every night. Walkable distance from the hotel and plenty of convienence stores and high end shops around me. There is lots to do around the river side and a lot of places that are accessible through the train and bus lines. Fukuoka is able to accept both ICOCA and Suica cards if you have them.

Room was very clean and had every amenity expected. Modern and simple design, great for people who just need a place to crash. Nice area with a lot of yatais, two convenience stores right outside plus short walk to Nakasu station...and 2 stops away from Hakata station. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is catering to family tourist, both rooms has an extra bed for a child. Since we do not need the extra bed, it becomes a sofa, and thus an extra space. The bathroom is divided into 3 sections: a bath/shower, a toilet, and a washing sink; thus 3 persons can simultaneously use the bathroom. The hotel provides discounted food box for breakfast; that can be eaten in the room or take it out as lunch box.

I admit, I wanted to stay here mainly because of the dinosaurs at the reception, but this is honestly a very solid hotel! Check in is straightforward and fun. The location was also close to the subway and close to most points of interest. The breakfast was a bento box which could be collected at reception. They were all very delicious and the staff was very friendly too!

Excellent location in central Fukuoka. Very pleasant check in/out experience with robot operated dinosaurs. Clean room and good size with excellent amenities. Bar and breakfast were a good positive

The hotel was within walking distance to the Tenjin shopping area. The hotel manager was very helpful in helping with the check-in process, and the room itself was clean and spacious. The bedding was quite comfortable. Of course, the robot dinosaurs at the front desk were a delight to interact with.
